Payment terms

Your subscription will expire 1 month from the date that we approve your application. This is normally the day we receive your payment if we receive your payment between 9.00am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.

We'll email you 5 days before your subscription ends to notify you that your subscription will be automatically renewed for another month. If you don't want to continue to use Rxchange just contact us to cancel before the subscription ends and you won't be charged again. Otherwise, you'll pay just £15.59/month (inc. VAT) to use Rxchange as long as your account is open.
